When will my order ship?
After purchase, you will receive an email with tracking information when your product is shipped. All orders placed before 1 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will ship within 2 business days. Orders placed after 1 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will ship within 2 days starting on the next business day. Use this information to track your purchase.
ZolaVital takes great care in packaging our products to ensure their safe delivery to you. That being said, we can’t account for everything. In the rare event that you receive damaged product, please take photos of your damaged product including the packaging and send them to us for our claims process. We will invesitgate and replace orders on a case by case basis.
How can I find out where my package is?
You will receive an email with tracking information when your product is shipped. Use this information to track your purchase. Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including any shipping charges). We are unable to reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after six weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

We accept returns of unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tampered items. Please note, returns are only accepted for purchases made directly from our official website.
Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Opened or used products, as well as final sale, clearance, or promotional items, are considered non-returnable. Additionally, items returned after the 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending items back to us. In the event you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at support@zolavital.com within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or provide a refund at no additional cost.
